What to include

Tell us the page address, what you expected and what happened instead. If it is a display problem, mention your device and browser, for example “iPhone, Safari” or “Windows laptop, Chrome”. A screenshot helps. Please don’t send your test answers or any sensitive personal information; we don’t need them.

What we can’t do

We can’t give personal readings, counseling or career coaching by email, and we can’t recover results, because they are stored only in your browser. If you are going through a hard time, please reach out to someone you trust or to a qualified professional in your area.

Before you write

How quickly do you reply?

We aim to reply within a few working days. Reports of broken pages or wrong information get looked at first.

Can you explain my personal results?

We can’t give one-to-one readings, but the results page explains every score, and each type has a full profile. The How it works page covers the method in detail.

I lost my results. Can you send them to me?

We can’t, because we never receive them. Results are stored only in the browser you used. If you saved or shared your results link, opening it will bring them back.

Do I need to include personal details in my email?

No. Please don’t send sensitive personal information. A short description of the problem, the page address and your device or browser is all we need.

Can I advertise or partner with you?

Ads on the site are handled through Google AdSense. For other ideas, email us with a short summary and we will get back to you if it is a good fit.
