Your five trait scores
Each score runs from 0 to 100. The gap in the middle of each bar marks 50, where a letter switches. Scores show how your answers leaned; they are not ranks against other people.

Your 29 facet scores
Facets are the smaller parts inside each trait. Two people with the same Extraversion score can get there in different ways: one through friendliness, the other through thrill-seeking. These come from the full test.

How do I read my results?
Your type code
The four letters sum up four of your scores: E or I for Extraversion, N or S for Openness, F or T for Agreeableness, and J or P for Conscientiousness. The fifth letter, -A or -T, comes from Neuroticism, which is about how strongly you feel stress. The code is a handy summary, and your scores tell the fuller story.
Your five trait scores
Each score is the average of your answers for that trait, turned into a number from 0 to 100. A score of 50 is the middle of the answer scale, not the score of an average person. A 75 means your answers leaned clearly toward that trait; a 25 means they leaned clearly away from it. We don’t turn scores into percentiles, because that would need comparison data that we don’t use.
Close calls
When a score lands within a few points of 50, the letter could easily have gone the other way. Your results flag these as close calls. If you have one, read the profile for the type next door too. Many people find they are a blend of both.
Facet scores
If you took the full test, you also see 29 facet scores, such as worry, drive, trust and imagination. They explain why two people with the same trait score can still feel very different.
Why results can change
Personality is fairly stable, but answers still shift with mood, stress and big life changes. Taking the test on a hard week can nudge your scores. If something feels off, take it again in a calmer moment, or try the other test, and compare.
Using your results well
Use your report to spot patterns, try study methods that suit you and start conversations with people you live, learn or work with. Treat career ideas as directions to explore, not limits. This test is for self-reflection; it is not a diagnosis, and it should never be used to judge or select people.
Questions about your results
What do my scores out of 100 mean?
Each score shows where your answers fell on that trait’s scale, from 0 (you strongly disagreed with every statement pointing that way) to 100 (you strongly agreed). 50 is the middle of the scale. These are not percentiles: a 70 does not mean you scored higher than 70 percent of people.
Why did I get a different type than last time?
If a score sits near 50, small changes in your answers can flip a letter. Your mood, recent events and which test you took also play a part. Look at your scores rather than only the letters, because they show how strong each lean really is.
Can other people see my results?
Only if you share them. Your results are stored in your browser on this device. A share link keeps your scores in the part of the address after the # sign, which browsers do not send to our server. It holds scores only, never your answers or your name.
How do I see my results again later?
Come back to this page on the same device and browser, and your latest result loads automatically. You can also bookmark your share link, which works on any device.
How do I delete my results?
Use the “Delete my saved results” button on this page or on the privacy page. It clears everything this site saved in your browser. Clearing this site’s data in your browser settings does the same.
